A very quick update: Got my 3D prints and am now in the process of painting them. Look out for a report on Port Royal soon! Am excited to play.
What you see below are Wargames Atlantic pirates, that print out 5% smaller than official Port Royal minis and a Productions Diratia British Marines that are also very slightly (1-2%) bulkier than official Port Royal minis. These are the 2 factions that will feature in my upcoming game. In the rear are French Buccaneers that will go on the WIP pile.
In other news:
I recently backed a creator* on MyMiniFactory that’s into making 15mm fantasy minis. (I used some of his 28mm minis for my post-apo games, most recently my 5 Klicks mini campaign).
I’m not sure what I’m gonna use them for as I’m only having some cultists (more or less complete enemy warband) and Zombies/ghouls for enemies. A new 5 Leagues campaign, maybe? I’ve been asking around and 5 Leagues 3rd Edition under Modiphius seems to have corrected some of the aspects of 2nd Edition that didn’t grab me.
